Accessory Design
Erin spent over a decade as the head designer for Renee’s Accessories, designing two branded boutique lines and private label for most of the major US department stores. Her design scope covered gloves, hats, scarves, belts, and casual bags. The job required both knit and woven textile development and the application of color, dye effect, embellishment, print, and embroidery. Barney’s NY, Saks, Urban Inc, MarMax Corporation and Brooklyn Industries were all long term private label clients and the branded lines sold to boutiques across the United States and Canada.
In addition to design, Erin handled sales and development meetings with clients. She developed tech packs and handled sourcing, vendor interaction, and sampling.
